Terms & Conditions
General Booking Terms
1.1 All bookings for classes, services, and events at B.B.S Studios must be made in advance
through our approved booking system or via authorised representatives.
1.2 A confirmed booking is a legally binding agreement between the Client and B.B.S
Studios.
1.3 By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and
Conditions and this Booking Policy.
Payments
2.1 Full payment or a non-refundable deposit (where offered) is required at the time of
booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Deposits secure your booking but are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2.3 Remaining balances (where applicable) must be settled at the time of the service or
class, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2.4 Payments and deposits are non-transferable between Clients.
2.5 B.B.S Studios reserves the right to refuse entry if payment or deposit has not been
received in full.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
3.1 Client Cancellations: All bookings and deposits are non-refundable. In certain
circumstances, at the sole discretion of B.B.S Studios, a credit may be applied to future
services.
3.2 Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may not be permitted to join a class, service, or event
if it has already commenced. The session will be considered missed, and no refunds or
credits will be issued.
3.3 Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a booking without prior notice will be treated as
a missed appointment, and no refunds or credits will be provided.
3.4 B.B.S Cancellations: In the unlikely event that B.B.S Studios cancels a booking, a full
refund or credit will be offered.
Health Disclosures
4.1 Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns
prior to participation.
4.2 Failure to disclose such information may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of
payment or deposit.
4.3 Clients participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to consult a
healthcare professional prior to engaging in physical or wellness-based services.
Misconduct, Intoxication & Illness
5.1 B.B.S Studios maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct, abusive behaviour,
or harassment towards staff, instructors, or other clients. Any breach may result in
immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of fees.
5.2 Clients who attend under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating
substances will not be permitted to participate. The session will be treated as a missed
appointment, with no refunds or credits issued.
5.3 Clients must not attend classes, services, or events if they are unwell with contagious
conditions or illnesses. B.B.S Studios reserves the right to refuse entry to maintain the safety
and well-being of all participants.
Refunds
6.1 Refunds will only be issued where B.B.S Studios cancels a booking and no suitable
alternative is offered.
6.2 Refunds will not be provided for Client cancellations, late arrivals, missed appointments,
or forfeited deposits.
6.3 Any discretionary refunds or credits will be processed within 14 business days.
Agreement
By making a booking with B.B.S Studios, the Client confirms acceptance of this Booking
Policy and acknowledges full responsibility for compliance with these terms.
