Where is the studio located, and is there parking?

Barefoot Body & Soul is located at 49A Cregagh Road, nestled between East and South Belfast. Free street parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

We provide high-quality yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters for all our students. However, if you prefer to practise on your own mat, you are more than welcome to bring it along!

I am completely new to yoga. Are your classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. BBS is a welcoming sanctuary for all levels. If you are just starting out, we highly recommend trying our Function & Flow or Yin Yoga classes, where our instructors offer plenty of visual cues and variations to help you build confidence at your own pace.

How do the Class Passes work?

We offer flexible 4, 6, and 8 Class Passes to suit your schedule. Once purchased, your pass is valid for 6 months, allowing you to seamlessly drop into any of our regular weekly classes.

Can I rent the BBS studio for my own wellness event or workshop?

What is your cancellation policy?
