Welcome to the newest chapter of Barefoot Body and Soul! If you spotted the banner at the top of our homepage, you will know that some wonderful changes are happening at our beloved Cregagh Road sanctuary.
My name is Rose Campbell, and I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I am taking over the studio. Stepping into this beautiful wellbeing hub is an incredible privilege. Barefoot Body and Soul has always been a truly special place for our community here in Belfast. It is a loft-style haven where people can find calm, genuine connection, and a chance to re-centre. My vision is to honour that fantastic foundation while gently guiding BBS into its next phase where we will aim to energise and empower all who step through the doors.
As with any big transition, there is a lot happening behind the scenes right now. We are currently updating our website to make booking classes, discovering new modalities, and navigating our services even easier for you. Because of these updates, you might notice things shifting around online over the coming weeks. We kindly ask that you bear with us while we transition the site and smooth out the digital edges. If you experience any minor hiccups while booking your yoga classes or managing your class passes, please let us know and we will work hard to get everything running perfectly.
Rest assured, the heart of BBS remains the same. The studio will continue to be the welcoming space you know and love. We are still providing high-quality organic buckwheat filled bolsters, with mats, blocks and blankets, our beginner-friendly environment, and our deep commitment to nurturing both body and soul. Our schedule remains dedicated to the classes and community events that help you escape the daily hustle and bustle. You'll see some familiar faces on the timetable as well as new modalities, starting with my own passion, Nia - a joyful movement practice that blends dance arts with martial arts and healing modalities to build deeper relationships with our body, mind, emotions and spirit. I hope you'll join us for a free trial class to see how much fun mindful movement can be.
I cannot wait to welcome you into the studio and get to know the beautiful community that makes Barefoot Body and Soul so very special. Please feel free to say hello the next time you drop in for a session.
Thank you for your patience and your continued support.
Much love,
Rose Campbell
